Scores of settlers invade Al-Aqsa Mosque courtyards
September 16, 2021
OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, Thursday, September 16, 2021 – Tens of Zionist settlers broke into the Al-Aqsa Mosque courtyards protected by the occupation forces.
As part of the continuous provocative behavior, the settlers toured the courtyards of Al-Aqsa and performed public Talmudic rituals inside them.
They storm the courtyards of Al-Aqsa during the morning and afternoon periods (after the Dhuhr prayer) through the Bab al Magharibah (The Moroccan Gate) in the Western Wall of Al-Aqsa, under the protection of the occupation forces, as part of periodic tours they carry out aimed at changing the reality in the Holy City and the Al-Aqsa Holy Mosque.
During the period of incursions, the occupation forces evacuate the eastern area and drive away the worshipers and guardians of the mosque, to facilitate the settlers’ storming.
The Grand Mufti of Palestine, the preacher of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, Sheikh Muhammad Hussein, had warned of the calls launched by the alleged “temple” groups and extremist organizations against Palestinian sanctities, especially the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Al-Khalil.
