Israeli occupation forces executed on Tuesday evening a young Palestinian man near the “Container” checkpoint in the West Bank city of Bethlehem.

Security sources reported that Israeli occupation soldiers at the military checkpoint in northeastern Bethlehem had stopped a Palestinian car and opened fire at its driver.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that Israeli occupation troops had barred its medical crew from providing first aid to the wounded man.

Local sources said that the martyr, Ahmed Mustafa Erekat, 26, from occupied Jerusalem, was on his way to pick up his mother and sisters from a beauty salon in preparation for his sister's wedding, this evening.

This is not the first time Israeli occupation forces execute Palestinians for allegedly trying to ram into them without providing any evidence or reporting any injuries.
