Israeli occupation arrests two Palestinians, kidnap another in West Bank

West Bank - July 5 -Israeli occupation forces detained on Saturday evening two Palestinians and raided several towns and villages in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.

Local sources said that Saleh Abu Zaid, a Birziet University student from Ramallah, was arrested by Israeli occupation troops near the Khan al-Ahmar checkpoint in occupied Jerusalem, whereas Abdel Karim Abu Sel was detained in a pre-dawn raid on his home in Hebron.

Israeli occupation forces also fired rubber-coated steel bullets, tear gas, and stun grenades at Palestinian homes during separate raids into the Kafl Haris town in northern Salfit and Issawiya village, northeast of occupied Jerusalem. 

Meanwhile, undercover Israeli occupation troops (Musta’ribeen) kidnapped a young Palestinian man in the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia.

Local sources said that plain-clothes Israeli occupation soldiers driving a car with a Palestinian license plate had broken into Qalqilia and kidnapped the young man, whose identity has not been identified yet.
