Israeli occupation detains five Palestinians in West Bank

WEST BANK, January 31 – Israeli occupation forces abducted two Palestinian citizens at a military checkpoint in Nablus and two others during raids in Jenin and Hebron in the occupied West Bank.

Local sources reported that Israeli occupation soldiers stationed at the Hawara checkpoint kidnapped Omran Hashash and Mohammed Hashash, both residents of Balata camp in eastern Nablus.

Israeli occupation troops broke into Qabatiya south of Jenin and detained three young men.

According to local sources, Israeli occupation soldiers abducted Bashar Abu Al-Rub, Mohammed Abu Al-Rub, and Ahmad Zakarneh after storming and ransacking their houses in the town.

Israeli occupation forces, in addition, detained 22-year-old Basil Abu Sobieh at a military checkpoint at the southern entrance to Hebron.
