It was not surprising that the besieged Gaza strip can change the whole expectations across the audience around the world. Gazans' willingness to sacrifice their souls for the sake of their legitimate rights was outstanding by all means. It showed how the real owners of the land insist to restore their stolen villages and cities since 1948.

The ongoing Great Return Marches started on March 30, 2018 have revealed the determination of Palestinians to begin a new era in their struggle against the latest occupation in the world. The defenseless, unarmed and peaceful protesters along Gaza borders taught the Israeli enemy an everlasting lesson that peoples' legitimate rights can't be abandoned by any free Palestinian.

After the brutal massacre on May 14, 2018, the whole strategies have been modified to tackle this organized terrorism against unarmed and innocent protesters. More than 100 Gazans have been killed in cold blood by the Israeli snipers who enjoy murdering children and women day and night. At the time, the occupation spokesperson warned Gazans not to approach the border fence with Israel, thousands of brave young men prepared their fired kites to burn the settlers' lands neighboring Gaza. Others were ready to cut the fence by their simple tools, proving their ability to confront and damage all field fortifications emplaced by the killers.

Indeed, peacefully oriented demonstrations do not necessarily mean to stand empty- handed. The confrontations with such arrogant occupation requires using every available mean to confront this savage occupation as it continues its daily crimes against defenseless protesters.

Gaza has truly won the moral battle against those savage occupiers; Gazan heroes did not enjoy killing occupation soldiers or making fun at their agony. They did not shoot live bullets at the occupation soldiers or use international prohibited bullets causing superfluous injury or unnecessary suffering.

In addition, Gazans have clearly won the media battle; several broadcastings and TV channels which covered the weekly protests have shown how these peaceful protesters are more civilized in their methods of resistance than those ruthless and merciless soldiers. It's clear that Palestinians have revived and readopted the dominant method of resistance, mainly peaceful and popular protests. The battle has been won at the moral and media sides aimed to distinguish these perseverant Palestinian people who proved that they deserve a land for their own after 70 years of suffering as the saying goes " The squeaky wheel gets the grease".
