WEST BANK - Fierce confrontations erupted at dawn today, between Palestinian freedom fighters and the occupation forces in the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, after which, the occupation recaptured Ayham Kammaji and Monadel Nfi’at, the two remaining of the six detainees who wrested their freedom from Gilboa maximum-security jail 2 weeks ago and were recaptured days after, Sunday, Sept 19.

Large forces of the occupation forces broke into the city of Jenin tonight, where violent confrontations erupted between the resistance and the occupation before the two Palestinian prisoners were re-arrested, local sources reported.

Three Palestinian young men were moderately injured and taken to hospital after the incursion of the city, medical sources reported.

About two weeks ago, six Palestinian detainees from Jenin governorate managed to break free from Gilboa prison, north of occupied Palestine, through a tunnel they dug.

The occupation forces managed to recapture four of them a week after in the occupied city of Nazareth, after thorough search operations in which thousands of soldiers participated.
