Al-Qassam Website - The Ezzeddin al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, on Monday, said in a statement that the file of prisoners and remains had been handled with complete transparency, and that all obligations under the ceasefire agreement had been fulfilled. The Brigades stated that all living captives and remains in its possession had been handed over as quickly as possible and without delay, despite the occupation’s non-compliance and dozens of violations and massacres.

In a statement issued via his Telegram channel, the military spokesperson for the Brigades, Abu Obaida, emphasised the Brigades’ keenness to close the file completely and without procrastination in the interest of the people. Calling on the mediators to uphold their responsibilities and compel the occupation to implement what had been agreed upon, he said that efforts had been carried out under "complex and nearly impossible conditions" to retrieve and hand over all the remains of enemy prisoners, with the knowledge of the mediators.

Regarding the remains of soldier Ran Gvili, the statement said that the mediators had been briefed on "all available details and information concerning his location". It added that the credibility of this information was demonstrated by the fact that the enemy was currently searching one of the locations based on information provided by the Ezzeddin al-Qassam Brigades to the mediators.
