Palestinians suffocate in confrontations with the occupation forces in Jenin

WEST BANK, Oct 24 - A number of Palestinian civilians suffocated, on Saturday evening, during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces, south of occupied Jenin.

The occupation soldiers fired metal bullets, sound bombs, and tear gas on the protesting young men, leaving a number of them suffocating, local sources said.

Furthermore, the occupation forces set up a military check-point at the junction of the town of Ajja, and began stopping and searching vehicles and checking the identities of their passengers which caused a traffic jam, the sources added.

Separate areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem have been witnessing daily arrests, that intensify in night hours, where the occupation forces tamper with the contents of and terrorize the defenseless residents.
