The Israeli occupation forces detained six Palestinian ex-detainees from the town of Al-Silah Al-Harithiya, west of occupied Jenin, in the northern occupied West Bank, including prominent leaders of the Islamic Jihad movement, on the pretext of having been involved in a shooting attack that left a zionist settler dead and others injured.
Local sources reported that special units of the occupation military raided the house of Ahmed Yassin Jaradat and detained his two sons, Omar and Ghaith.
The occupation forces also detained a prominent leader in the Islamic Jihad movement, Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf Jaradat, a freed detainee who had spent more than 15 years in the occupation jails.
Furthermore, they detained the freed detainees, Ibrahim Musa Tahaina, Majd Saleh Jaradat, and caused property damage, and claimed to loot weapons, most of them homemade, from the homes of some detainees, and stole a vehicle they claimed had been used in the operation.
Moreover, a special unit of the occupation military kidnapped in an ambush near the town of Silat Al Dhaher, south of occupied Jenin, Abd al-Rahman Salah Yaqoub, from Jenin refugee camp.
