Israeli occupation bulldozers destroyed, this morning, Wednesday, a house in the town of Jabal al-Mukaber in occupied Jerusalem.

Jerusalemite sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed Jabal Al-Mukaber, south of occupied Jerusalem, and knocked down a house belonging to Muhammad Tahseen Bashir.

The occupation forces attacked Bashir's family during the demolition of their house while they were trying to save their house from demolition, the sources indicated.

Confrontations broke out between the residents of Jabal al-Mukaber and the occupation forces after the latter tore down Bashir family's house, during which the occupation forces targeted civilians with poison gas canisters, and suffocated a number of them.

A report issued by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) revealed that the Israeli authorities’ demolitions and seizures/confiscations of Palestinian-owned properties across the occupied West Bank increased by 21% in the first 9 months of 2021, exceeding the figures recorded in the same period of the last year.
