Palestinian citizen suffocated by Israel's tear gas succumbs to wounds

A Palestinian citizen passed away, yesterday evening, of complications of inhaling tear gas fired by the Israeli occupation forces, in the Qalandia refugee camp, in occupied Jerusalem.

According to local sources, the martyr identified as, Fahmi Hamad, 57, was suffering from chronic diseases and complained of shortness of breath after inhaling the poisonous gas, after which he was transferred to the hospital for treatment before he died as a martyr.

The sources added that the occupation forces stormed the camp, closed the Qalandia military checkpoint in both directions, and prevented citizens and vehicles from passing through it, which caused a severe traffic jam.
