Israeli occupation municipality destroys Abu-Shukhaidem's house in Jerusalem

February 01, 2022

Occupied Jerusalem - Large numbers of Israeli occupation soldiers stormed, this morning, the Shu'afat refugee camp and sealed off the house of the Palestinian martyr, Fadi Abu Shukhaidem, in preparation for its demolition.

Local sources reported that over 150 Israeli occupation soldiers have raided the camp, cordoned off Abu Shukhaidem’s house, before closing its entrances and destroying its contents.

In December 2021, the Israeli occupation authorities ruled that the house of the family of Fadi Abu Shukhaidem be demolished as a part of its use of the unfair collective punishment against Palestinians.

Abu Shukhaidem, 42, from Shu'afat neighborhood in the occupied city of Jerusalem, was martyred by the Israeli occupation forces in November 2021, after carrying out a shooting operation that targeted Israeli occupying soldiers stationed in the "Bab al-Silsila" plaza, killing one and injuring four others.
