West Bank - Confrontations broke out, after Friday prayer, in a number of areas in Nablus, during anti-settlement protests, during which citizens confronted the settlers’ storming of Qaryout.
Local sources reported that confrontations erupted in the vicinity of the Jabal (Mount) Sabih, during which the Israeli occupation soldiers fired a volley of rubber bullets and poison gas canisters at the protesters.
A young man was wounded with rubber-coated steel bullets, and several others sustained suffocations from inhaling the poison gas that was fired by Israeli invading forces in the town of Beita.

The town of Beita has been witnessing daily protests for several months, rejecting the Israeli occupation's attempts to seize the lands of Jabal Sabih.
Since the beginning of the popular resistance in the town, 9 Palestinian have been martyred, hundreds have been injured, and dozens have been detained, in an attempt by the occupation to stop the revolutionary activities.
