Israeli occupation forces shot and injured two Palestinian workers from the town of Balaa near the "San'oz" military checkpoint, west of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources said that the occupation forces opened fire at the workers, while they were trying to cross the checkpoint to the occupied territories in 1948 for work.

The sources indicated that the two workers were shot in the lower limbs with live bullets, and were taken to a nearby hospital.

In a related context, the occupation forces fired stun grenades at the workers near the town of Habla, south of Qalqilya.
