A Palestinian detainee in Israeli occupation jails continues his open-ended hunger strike in protest at his administrative detention without charge or trial.

Detainee Khalil Awawdeh has been hunger-striking for 76 days in succession protesting against his administrative detention, with a clear deterioration inflicted upon his health condition.

The Israeli occupation jail administration has sent the detainee Khalil Awawdeh back to Ramleh jail after being transferred to Assaf Harofeh hospital despite his deteriorated health condition.

Awawdeh is now suffering from different health problems including pains in the head and joints, exhaustion and emaciation, continued vomiting, and unstable heart rates, in addition to a sharp loss of weight.
