Scores of civilians suffocated with tear gas, on Wednesday evening, during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the towns of Balaa and Kafr al-Labad, east of Tulkarm.

Local sources reported that confrontations arose between young Palestinian men and the occupation forces that had stormed the old town of Bala'a, and raided a number of citizens' homes.

In addition, the Israeli occupation forces detained, yesterday evening, a child in Al-Masafer area, east of Yatta town, south of Al-Khalil.

According to local sources, the occupation forces detained the child Muhammad Jihad Abu Sabha, 15, from the town of Yatta, for allegedly attempting to storm the "Khafat Ma'on" settlement, which was forcibly established on the lands of Palestinian citizens of Masafer Yatta.
