Israeli occupation forces shot dead two Palestinians, including a doctor, in Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Health Ministry has confirmed.

The Ministry stated that Palestinian medical doctor, Abdullah Al-Ahmad, 43, had died from serious wounds after an Israeli occupying sniper shot him while trying to render first aid to wounded Palestinians.

It said Dr. Abdullah was shot to the head in front of Jenin governmental hospital and was rushed to surgery but succumbed to his serious wounds. The slain doctor was a married father of three children.

Earlier Friday, the Israeli occupation forces invaded and ransacked many homes in Jenin before sharpshooters occupied Palestinian homes and killed Mateen Dabaya, 25, from the Jenin refugee camp.
