Terrorist settlers cut Palestinian-owned trees, set them ablaze in Nablus

November 03, 2022

Colonial Israeli settlers uprooted trees at a Palestinian grove before setting it to fire in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus.

Palestinian locals said they were shocked to see all trees in an eight-dunum plot of land in Al-Sawiya town chopped down and set ablaze by terrorist Israeli settlers.

The sources pointed out that the terrorist settlers are planning to build a football pitch on the land, located near the colonial settlement of "Rehelim", established on the lands of Al-Sawiya in southern Nablus.

Palestinian farmers in the area appealed for help to restore their lands illegally seized by colonial  Israeli settlers.

The Israeli occupation authorities have recently approved several settler-colonial plans to seize large tracts of Palestinian lands in Al-Sawiya and the neighboring villages.
