Al-Qassam Website - An Israeli colonial settler has killed in cold blood a Palestinian civilian near the colonial settlement of "Bet El" in the occupied West Bank.

Local sources reported that a terrorist colonist summarily executed a Palestinian youth for allegedly trying to carry out a stabbing operation.

The slain Palestinian has been identified as 42-year-old Tariq Ma’ali.
