The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has mourned the death of ten Palestinian martyrs killed at the hands of the Israeli occupation troops in occupied Jenin and Jerusalem.

The slain Palestinians have been identified as Abdallah Mousa, 18, Waseem Abu Ja'as, 19, Moatasem Abu al-Hassan, 37, Saeb Ezriqi, 26, Ezzeddin Salahat, 22, Mohammed Sobeh, 35, and the two brothers Nour, 23, and Mohammed Ghnaim, 34, in addition to the 61-year-old Majeda Obaid.

Hamas has condemned the aggression as a "despicable massacre committed by the Israeli occupation army during its raid on the occupied West Bank city of Jenin."

Hamas also mourned the death of 22-year-old Yousef Muhaisen, who had been shot dead by Israeli occupation forces in the Al-Ram town in occupied Jerusalem.

"The gravity of such crime requires the Palestinian people to continue to resist the Israeli occupation with all means possible – a lawful right guaranteed by international law for all peoples under occupation."

The movement saluted the Palestinian residents of Jenin and Palestinian freedom fighters who defended their people with all means possible.

"We reiterate that we are committed to the option of resistance to defend our Palestinian people, homeland, and holy sites," Hamas concluded.
