Al-Qassam Website - The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has mourned the martyrdom of Palestinian citizen Methqal Rayyan, 27, who was murdered by an Israeli colonist in Qarawet Bani Hassan town near occupied Salfit.

"While condemning this crime, we warn the Israeli occupation against continuing its escalation against the Palestinian people," Hamas said in a press statement.

The resistance movement also saluted the Palestinian people across the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, who stand steadfast against the Israeli occupation's crimes and violations.

Hamas called on Arab and Islamic Ummah to condemn the Israeli occupation forces and colonial settlers' crimes.

The Arab and Islamic Ummah should also "support the Palestinian people's right to resist the Israeli occupation until liberation, return, and establishment of the Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital," it concluded.
