Al-Qassam Website - Israeli occupation forces (IOF) shot and injured many Palestinian civilians, three with live bullets, in the eastern parts of the besieged Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that tens of Palestinians had been protesting near the perimeter fence in the eastern parts of the Gaza Strip against the serious Israeli occupation's escalated attacks against Palestinian citizens of the occupied West Bank and the political detainees in the occupation jails.

The occupation soldiers fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas canisters towards the Palestinian protesters in the Malaka area east of Gaza city and the Al-Boreij refugee camp in central Gaza, the sources added.

Medical sources said a young man was shot with a live round in the leg and three others with rubber-coated steel bullets, and many suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.

The terrorist soldiers also fired gas bombs and rubber-coated steel bullets at peaceful protesters east of Jabalia and east of Khan Younis in the northern and southern parts of the blockaded enclave. No injuries were reported.
