Al-Qassam Website - The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has mourned 37-year-old Palestinian civilian Sameh Aqtash, who was killed by the Israeli colonial settlers in Za’tara town in occupied Nablus.

Hamas extended its condolences to the martyr’s family and loved ones and hailed the Palestinian people who had defended occupied Nablus against the colonial settlers’ attacks, guarded by the occupation forces and their fascist government.

The resistance movement reiterated that resisting the occupation is a legitimate right for the Palestinian people in their quest for freedom as stipulated in UN Resolution 37/43, dated December 3, 1982, which reaffirms "the legitimacy of the struggle of peoples for independence, territorial integrity, national unity and liberation from colonial and foreign domination and occupation by all available means, including armed struggle."
