Al-Qassam Website - The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has mourned the martyrdom of the three Palestinian citizens who were killed by the Israeli occupation forces this morning in occupied Jenin.

The three Palestinians have been identified as Sofian Fakhouri, 26, Nayef Malaysha, 25, and Ahmed Fashafsha, 22.

In a press statement, the resistance movement emphasised that the Israeli occupation forces and colonial settlers' crimes "will not break the will of the Palestinian people who stand steadfastly defending their land".

Hamas reiterated that resisting the occupation is a legitimate right for the Palestinian people in their quest for freedom as stipulated in UN Resolution 37/43, dated December 3, 1982, which reaffirms "the legitimacy of the struggle of peoples for independence, territorial integrity, national unity and liberation from colonial and foreign domination and occupation by all available means, including armed struggle."
