Al-Qassam Website - The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have destroyed the homes of a Palestinian martyr and a detainee in the occupied West Bank cities of Salfit and Qalqilya.

Local sources reported that the IOF, escorted by military vehicles, stormed Haris town, northwest of occupied Salfit, sealed off the family home of Palestinian martyr Mohmmad Souf, forcibly evacuated the home after violently attacking its inhabitants, and blew the home up.

The occupation forces also tore down the home of Palestinian detainee Younis Hailan in occupied Qalqilya in the northern occupied West Bank.

According to local sources, the occupying forces broke into Hajjah village, east of occupied Qalqilya, and cordoned off Hailan's home before Israeli occupation military bulldozers embarked on demolishing it.

The Israeli occupation regularly knocks down the family homes of Palestinian martyrs and detainees, a policy strongly denounced by human rights organisations as "collective punishment".
