Palestinian child succumbs to wounds by Israeli occupation forces east Gaza

Today, Saturday morning, a child succumbed to the injuries he sustained a few days ago when the Israeli occupation forces shot him in the head east of the Gaza Strip.

The wounded child, Omar Hassan Abu al-Nil, 12 years old, from the Al-Tuffah area, east of Gaza, passed away of his wounds sustained last Saturday, local sources reported.

The child Abu al-Nil, a resident of Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City, was critically wounded by an Israeli sniper’s bullet in the head, while he was participating in a march called on by the Palestinian resistance factions to take place near the separation fence area of “Malaka” last Saturday in rejection of the Israeli siege on the Strip.

The child underwent surgery in an attempt to save his life and remained in critical condition until he was announced dead today morning.
