Al- Qassam Brigades Launch "Vanguards of Liberation" Summer Camps

Following the "Sword of Al-Quds" battle, which has unified all Palestinians of various segments everywhere and rearranged their options, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades announce the launch of Vanguards of Liberation camps for youths in the Gaza Strip. 

This program is part of an effort to prepare the youth, exploit their potentials, raise their morale, and reinforce their sense of belonging to their homeland and willingness to make sacrifices for its sake. 

These training camps will be named after the "Sword of Al-Quds" battle to be added to the record of achievements scored by the Palestinian people during this battle.  

The Al-Qassam Brigades has organized the Vanguard of Liberation camps for over ten years, as it believes that the youth have a significant role and that it has a responsibility towards the generation that all sides are trying to tempt and divert their attention from their cause and priorities.

However, the youth prove every time that they have a high level of awareness, patriotism, and willingness to make sacrifices whenever needed. They have always been the fuel of uprisings and protests, such as the Al-Quds intifada (uprising), the Great Return March, and the latest demonstrations at Al-Aqsa Mosque, to name but a few.    

Since launching these camps, the Al-Qassam Brigades has sought to achieve a number of goals, foremost among them teaching the youth the Islamic principles, reinforce their national values, and boost their trust in Allah, they are belonging to the holy land, and their readiness for liberation and return. 

This program is also intended to protect the young generation from falling into traps laid by the Israeli occupation and help them acquire a number of skills that will make them competent and conscious through a range of religious, patriotic, security, and scouting programs, including physical training, self-defence skills, first aid program, and crisis management skills. 

The Al-Qassam Brigades, in addition, sought to help various segments of the Palestinian people gain the minimum level of military knowledge and learn how to use light weapons, just like all peoples under occupation who mobilized the general public to end the occupation whenever possible. 

This year saw tens of thousands registering for the Vanguards of Liberation camps compared with previous years. This indicates the growing popular support for the Palestinian resistance. 

The technical, material and logistic resources dedicated by the Al-Qassam Brigades for these camps confirm our unshakeable belief that the Palestinian people are the asset of the homeland and cause, and thus it is a focus of attention that the Palestinian resistance cannot ignore.  

Despite being preoccupied with enhancing their capabilities at all levels and in various fields, the Palestinian resistance movements, particularly the Al-Qassam Brigades, prioritize developing a program to shape the young generation and strengthen the Palestinian home front.   

We will go to any lengths to utilize all efforts and mobilize the Arab and Muslim resources to direct the compass towards Jerusalem and Palestine; the Arab and Muslim nations have to realize that they have a great responsibility and duty to make every effort and gear up for the struggle to liberate Palestine. This battle requires the efforts of Arab and Muslim scholars, scientists, creative people, and honest supporters.
