Statement by Joint Chamber of Palestinian Resistance Factions on Israeli occupation's aggression against Jenin

The Joint Chamber of Palestinian Resistance Factions mourns the martyrdom of Palestinian freedom fighters in the occupied refugee camp of Jenin, whose citizens have been making great sacrifices in the face of the brutality of the Israeli occupation forces.

The Israeli occupation forces have been launching since late Sunday night a full-scale offensive against the densely populated camp in a failed attempt to crush Palestinian resistance in the occupied West Bank.

On this vicious aggression, the Joint Chamber of Palestinian Resistance Factions state the following:

First: We salute the Palestinian freedom fighters in occupied Jenin who have been standing steadfast against the Israeli occupation's hideousness. We also salute the Palestinian people who embrace and safeguard the resistance fighters.

Second: The chamber is in an ongoing session to monitor the barbaric aggression on Jenin, and the Palestinian resistance will not allow the occupation forces to encroach on the Palestinian people of Jenin and single them out.

Third: The continuation of the aggression against Jenin and the occupation forces' behaviour will shape the resistance's response.

Fourth: We call on the Palestinian people in the occupied West Bank and the neighbouring cities of Jenin to support occupied Jenin and confront the Israeli occupation forces. We urge the resistance fighters in all arenas to remain prepared to respond to the brutal aggression should it continue and persist.
