Two Armored Personnel Carriers Targeted in Gaza International Airport

 

On Sunday, July 2, 2006, Ezzedeen Al-Qassam Brigades detonated explosives against 2 occupation armored personnel carriers in the area around Gaza International Airport. At 07:00, Al-Qassam mujahideen detonated a directed explosive charge, planted 100 meters inside the airport, against an armored personnel carrier. Flames engulfed the target. And at 07:00, a Yassin rocket was fired at another armored personnel carrier stationed in the airport. The missions were documented by video camera, which will be sent to the media later.

 

Both operations are a continuation of the "Faithfulness of the Free" resistance campaign against the occupation assault on the Gaza Strip.
