Operations Summary: Monday (November 6, 2006)

The battle between the Occupation forces and the Palestinian Factions still on the ground of Northern Gaza Strip. The home-made rockets and missiles had a great role in making the Occupation forces in a very complicated task.  In the first moments of the attack, the Zionist soldiers are facing stiff resistance, including explosive devices, antitank missile fire and gunfire.

 

 This time , the playground of the battle is not the same as before , at least, five  soldiers were killed and 15  Zionist settlers were wounded during the continued  battle between the Palestinian resistance factions and the occupation forces. 

 

During the last 24 hours, Ezzedeen Al-Qassam Brigades mujahideen fired 11 Qassam rockets at the Zionist settlements. They fired 7  Yassin and "RPG" missiles  at the Zionist vehicles which attacked the area of Beit Hanon in the northern Gaza Strip. The notable bombardment was against different targets and settlements around Gaza Strip. In addition , many mortar shells were fired at the Zionist vehicles.

 

As the Faithfulness of the Free Campaign against the occupation assault on the Gaza Strip, specially on Northern Gaza Strip, Ezzedeen Al-Qassam Brigades mourns the death of the mujahideen:Mahmoud  Taha ,33 years from Tofah area in Gaza ,Ala'a  Siyam ,25 years from Shati' refugee camp in Gaza, Ahmad Al-Husari ,24 years from Daraj area in Gaza, Osama Jaber ,20 from Japalia camp. The  number of the martyrs in northern Gaza Strip till this day totaled to  24 martyrs.

 

These operations are  part of the "Faithfulness of the Free" campaign against the occupation assault on the Gaza Strip, specially on northern Gaza Strip, and the continued targeting of innocent Palestinian civilians and their installations.
