Isma'el Abu El-Khair was martyred by the hand of out-law persons

At the time of A very big campaign against the Elected Palestinian government from the Zionist and American governments. Some out-law persons wanted to fulfill the Zionist and American planning. They continue killing our innocent children and men to complete the Zionist crimes against our Palestinian people. After killing three children and two of the Qassam men, beside many tryings to assassinate the Palestinian ministers and deploys in the Palestinian legislative Council. In addition to that , they assassinate the Qassam fighter:

He was martyred as a result of " RPG" missile fired from some Out-law persons from the Intelligence organization in the Gaza Strip. They fired a number of "RPG" missiles at a number of the Protection Forces who were protecting the Shefa Hospital in Gaza Strip. Some of these missiles hit Isma'el to let his body into pieces. The incident happened On Tuesday 19 December 2006 with many incidents at the same day resulting a lot of Corruption in different parts of the Gaza Strip.
