Al-Qassam Website - Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem has reiterated that the recent remarks made by the Zionist Israeli minister, Bezalel Smotrich, sponsoring settler terrorism, bear witness to the occupation government's complicity in promoting the escalating acts of terrorism by Israeli colonisers against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.

Qassem stated that such statements unveil the Zionist minister's fascism and racism, as he previously called for "wiping out Huwwara town".

This position is embraced by all components of the extremist Zionist government, he added.

Qassem urged the international community to move beyond words of condemnation and take effective action against this terrorism practised by Israeli occupation forces and colonial settlers.
