Al-Qassam Website - The Ezzedeen Al-Qassam Brigades assumes responsibility for the heroic operation that took place on Thursday, July 6, 2023, near the occupied West Bank city of Qalqilya and resulted in the killing of a Zionist soldier and the critical injury of another.

We also mourn the martyrdom of the Palestinian resistance fighter, Ahmed Ghaithan, from Qibia town in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.

This heroic operation comes as a swift response to the aggression perpetrated against the Palestinian people of occupied Jenin and its refugee camp, the desecration of our sanctities as well as the tearing of a copy of the holy Quran by Israeli colonial settlers in occupied Urif town.

As we claim responsibility for this operation, we make it clear that "as ye sow, so shall ye reap", and who sows killing and criminality, shall reap death and defeat.
