Al-Qassam Website - Hamas has condemned the Israeli occupation Judiciary's decision to release the settler accused of the killing of Palestinian teen Qusai Moutan in a terrorist attack on Burqa village in occupied Ramallah by settler gangs backed by occupation forces.

The Palestinian resistance movement said this move "represents a green light for the settlers to commit further violations and crimes against the Palestinian people, territory, and sanctities".

Hamas added that this decision made by the occupation judicial system which endorses settler terrorism underscored the interconnected functions of the occupation's various institutions in terrorising the Palestinian people and forcibly evicting them from their homes and property.
