Al-qassam Website _ Recent revelations from Israeli news Haaretz have exposed deeply troubling practices by Israeli occupation military operating in the besieged Gaza Strip, drawing parallels to the atrocious behaviors of oppressive regimes in history.
A colonial commander of the 252nd Brigade has classified the Netsarim axis, a road that bisects the Gaza Strip, as a “kill zone,” where anyone who crosses is shot to death, with every Palestinian casualty counting as a "terrorist" – even if they were just a child.
Disturbingly, the bodies of those killed are left to be desecrated by wild dogs. This description exposes the arbitrary killings and rampant lawlessness and underscores a profound disregard for human life and dignity, raising serious ethical and humanitarian concerns about the Natzi-like conduct of the Israeli occupation military in the devastated enclave.
Admitting responsibility of the military for the ongoing terror in Gaza, the Zionist commander called for greater awareness among the Israeli public about the true nature of the war. “Israelis need to know what war looks like. The army behaves like militias without laws, and the actions of officers and soldiers in Gaza are dangerous,” he confirmed.
The report also revealed a gruesome competition among military units in the coastal enclave, where Zionist soldiers vie to kill the highest number of Palestinians. According to the colonial commander, orders were issued to the genocidal soldiers to send photographs of the victims. Most of the executed Palestinians, misleadingly labeled as armed militants, the report added, were civilians.
These revelations not only highlight the brutality of the war, but also the deceptive practices used to justify these actions and underscore severe human rights violations occurring in Gaza at the hands of Israeli occupation military forces. The international community must assume its legal responsibility and address these actions, holding those responsible accountable to prevent further atrocities.
The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has condemned the recent revelations from the Hebrew newspaper, saying that the "testimonies of Zionist soldiers, published in Haaretz, provide shocking insight into the deliberate, indiscriminate killing of civilians, including children and the elderly, under the direct orders and supervision of high-ranking Israeli officers".
Hamas called on the United Nations, particularly the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the International Criminal Court (ICC), to document these testimonies as part of a larger effort to halt the ongoing genocide in Gaza.
The international community, the movement added, must take immediate steps to hold the Israeli military and its leadership accountable for these war crimes, ensuring that those responsible are brought to trial and face justice for their actions.
