Al-Qassam Website _ On Saturday, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, responded to a request from Zionist Israeli settler Sharon Cunio, who sought information about the fate of her husband, Zionist Israeli captive in Gaza David Cunio. The response was delivered in a video titled "Netanyahu Has Not Decided Yet."

This response pointed out that the decision regarding the fate of captives held in the coastal territory, including David Konio, lies in the hands of genocidal Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has been delaying the conclusion of a prisoner exchange deal for months.

In the video posted by Al-Qassam Brigades on Saturday, Cunio was addressed directly: "After you left Gaza in the prisoner exchange deal in November 2023, and as the Israeli military pressure on the Strip increased, either your husband has been killed or wounded, or he is in good health. Netanyahu has not decided yet."

As the Israeli occupation's genocide in Gaza escalates, negotiations for a prisoner exchange between Hamas and the settler-colonial state of Israel, mediated by Qatar, Egypt, and the United States, have repeatedly faltered. The proposed agreement, which would involve the release of Zionist captives in Gaza and an end to the 463-day-old war, has been disrupted by Zionist Netanyahu introducing new conditions or reneging on previous agreements.
